Melissa was born and raised in Rockford. She graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from Rock Valley, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology from Rasmussen College. Three months after joining CoyleKiley, she became licensed in both Life and Health Insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, TV, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends.
