Sharsten is a Rockford native, who started her career in healthcare at Swedish American Hospital. Sharsten is a graduate of Guilford High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in organizational development/change management. After serving over 20 years in healthcare revenue cycle management she made a career change to a licensed agent in Accident/Health and Life in 2021. Joining Coyle Kiley in 2025 Sharsten brings her years of experience in healthcare, management, and leadership to the Employee Benefits team here at Coyle Kiley. When not working she enjoys the arts, live music, and spending time outdoors with her son Kullen.
