Laura was born and raised in the Rockford area. After graduating from West High School, she obtained a Secretarial Associates Degree from Rock Valley College and started in the insurance industry in 1979. Laura obtained her Life & Health license in 1999 and her Property & Casualty license in 2007. She is licensed in IL and WI. Laura joined the CoyleKiley team in 2019 and brings 40 years of customer service experience. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening & animals and is a past volunteer at Hoo Haven in Durand, IL.
